A challenging course but an invaluable experience

The individual qualifier on Monday, August 5th, presented a challenging course for Edouard Schmitz and his horse, Gamin. Despite a big and technical setup, they navigated the course with determination but, unfortunately, had two fences down.

Edouard expressed his disappointment at not advancing to the final but remains extremely thankful for the experience. He is proud of the technical performance he and Gamin delivered and is grateful for the opportunity to compete at this level. On Tuesday, Edouard will cheer for his teammates Martin Fuchs and Steve Guerdat, who made it to the Final. Good luck!
