2022 Edouard Schmitz won the Grand Prix at the five-star CSIO in Dublin. The Geneva rider thus celebrated the first victory in a five-star competition of his still young career. The Geneva rider prevailed on Gamin van't Naastveldhof in a jump-off ahead of the two Irish riders Conor Swail (on Count Me In) and Shane Sweetnam (on James Kann Cruz).
